About the roles

These are some of the typical roles we usually hold at La Roca Village:

GENERAL MANAGER
Responsible for the commercial activities of several boutiques across one Village. You will use your significant commercial, leadership and hospitality skills to inspire several strong teams to deliver maximum profitability.

STORE MANAGER
Manage and develop the boutique’s commercial activities. Your experience in inspiring hospitality, analysis, planning and target setting, as well as your organisational and leadership skills, will motivate your team to exceed sales targets.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Support the Store Manager to ensure outstanding commercial performance while showcasing your dynamic, problem-solving and hospitality skills. Your understanding and management of every touchpoint within the boutique will ensure the highest level of service for all your guests.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Support the Store Manager on driving the operations in the boutique’s back of house, maintaining its exemplary operational standards and managing the P&L with them.

STOCKROOM MANAGER
Ensure the management of stock from delivery to shop floor is efficient and orgnized, achieved with your excellent planning management skills and strong team spirit that inspires employees.

FLOOR MANAGER
Support the Store Manager and Assitant Store Manager to drive the success of the brand, a commercial mindset and ability to motivate a team is key, while offering your guests the highest level of service by showing your hospitality skills.

SUPERVISOR
Leading by example, you will play your part within the boutique team to provide a premium, genuine and tailored guest service experience that exceeds guests' expectations. Hospitality must be your key skill in order to do the best job you can. You will also help support the Management team communicate and motivate team members to deliver targets and operational success of the boutique.

KEY HOLDER
As a Key Holder, apart from your regular duties, you will be required on occasion to lock up and open the boutique according to your brand's security procedures.

SALES ADVISOR
Provide the best in class in personal service and hospitality, through your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests, and a proven ability to achieve targets through successful selling techniques. You make guests' experience special from the start-effortlessly and with style.

SENIOR SALES ADVISOR
Having several years of experience, you will provide the best in class in personal service and hospitality, theough your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests, and a proven ability to achieve targets through successful hospitable and selling techniques. You make guests' experience special right from the start-effortlessly and with style!



SALES ASSISTANT FULL TIME OR PART TIME
Provide the best in class in personal customer service and hospitality, through your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests and proven ability to achieve targets through successful selling techniques. You make guests’ experience special from the start – effortlessly and with style! 

SALES ASSISTANT WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS
Provide the best in class in personal customer service and hospitality, through your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests and proven ability to achieve targets through successful selling techniques. You make guests’ experience special from the start – effortlessly and with style.

STOCKROOM ASSISTANT FULL TIME OR PART TIME
Support the Stockroom Manager or directly the Store Manager, in ensuring that all deliveries, transfers and the general organisation of the stockroom is carried out with great attention to detail and efficiency.  Ensure the management of stock from delivery to shop floor is efficient and organised with your excellent planning management skills and strong team spirit.

VISUAL MERCHANDISER
You will manage and implement the retail visual merchandising strategy in-store, ensuring consistent visual merchandising excellence, which fits in with your brand’s integrity. Besides this, you will need to capture every detail that enriches the environment with hospitality. You will oversee changes on boutique and window displays regularly to maintain a fresh and visually exciting look.

ADMINISTRATOR
You will assist in all areas of administration to ensure the smooth running of the boutique.

CASHIER
Deliver a smooth, personal and professional point of sale experience for all guests, using your highly developed interpersonal skills.

RESTAURANT MANAGER
Manage and develop the restaurant’s commercial activities. Your experience in analysis, planning and target setting, as well as your organisational and leadership skills, will motivate your team to exceed targets. You must show the key elements of hospitality to ensure all employees know how to perform their job at their highest level!

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Support the Restaurant Manager to ensure outstanding commercial performance while showcasing your dynamic, problem-solving and hospitality skills. Your understanding and management of every touch point within the restaurant will ensure the highest level of service for all your guests.

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Exude impeccable personal and memorable service to each and every guest. Your adaptability, competence in languages and strong interpersonal skills will ensure you provide the luxury hospitality experience that will delight your guests. 

CHEF
Responsible for the entire operation of the kitchen, which is fully compliant with all current food and hygiene legislation. Your leadership skills will inspire a strong catering team to deliver to the highest standards in food and service.

SOUS CHEF
Support the Chef in the efficient running of the kitchen, capitalising on your experience in a dynamic restaurant environment, proven organisational skills and strong team spirit.

WAITRESS / WAITER
Provide the highest level in personal service, gained through your experience in a guest service role or a restaurant environment, by showcasing your interpersonal and team spirit skills. Hospitality will be the key to succeed.

KITCHEN PORTER
Working in the kitchen of the restaurant, your main duties would involve washing-up, cleaning and basic food preparation, all at the standard of a luxury hospitality environment.

BARISTA
Being passionate about food and hospitality, you will prepare and serve beverages and food.
