Terms and conditions Hands Free Shopping
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE PRIVILEGE PROGRAM WHO BUY IN LA ROCA VILLAGE BOUTIQUES.
1. To be able to receive the Hands Free Shopping service, it is necessary to be part of Privilege of La Roca Village.
2. The prize consists of a free Hands Free Shopping service, through which the customer's purchases will be collected in the different boutiques where he has purchased.
3. The promotion will be valid depending on the availability of the service and until 12/31/2019.
4. Offer not combinable with other promotions.
5. The promotion can be redeemed by showing the Privilege code in the Tourist Information Centre, in which the Hands Free Shopping service is also contracted. More information about this service here.
6. You can only get 1 service per person.
7. Please note: Bimba y Lola, Bulgari, FCB Official Store, Geox, Michael Kors, Moncler, Polo Ralph Lauren Men, Polo Ralph Lauren Women, Polo Ralph Lauren Children, Prada and Tod's are excluded from this promotion as they do not have scanner for the Privilege code.
8. The customer knows and accepts that:
8.1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., any subsidiaries and/or companies and the owner of La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village ("VR") are not responsible for the prices or offers that the boutiques advertise or the prices at which their collections are sold at any time.
8.2. VR only announces the present promotion, which will apply to the boutiques of La Roca Village, as previously described. In this regard, VR always acts as an ‘agent’ of the boutiques, and membership of the Privilege programme does not create any relationship between VR and the customer in relation to any promotion or reduction offered by the boutiques or otherwise.
8.3. VR makes no warranties with respect to the items (including, without limitation, the quality thereof) that the customer acquires, nor the gifts or promotions offered by the boutique.
9. By the mere fact of receiving the gift, the client understands and accepts that his or her name and a photograph taken at the time of collection of the gift in La Roca Village can be published both on the website LaRocaVillage.com and on the social networks on which Value Retail is active, including, in particular, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
10. The owners, directors and employees of VR and other Value Retail companies, the agencies involved in this promotion, suppliers, direct and indirect employees who have participated in the development of the promotion and the children and direct relatives of all these are not eligible for this promotion.
If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph claims the gift, VR may withdraw the corresponding gift as they do not meet the participation requirements.
11. In compliance with current legislation, in the event that it is applicable, VR will withhold the relevant amount and pay Income Tax for the beneficiaries of the prize, and will declare the gift in the corresponding tax forms.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions on the part of the participant will determine its immediate elimination. The participants and VR accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona Capital.
