La Roca Village VIP Card

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF GOODS FROM THE RELEVANT OUTLET BOUTIQUE USING A VIP CARD:
1. VIP Cards is only for use at the participating boutiques at La Roca Village. Not all boutiques at La Roca Village participate in this Card scheme and certain boutiques apply restrictions and exemptions.
2. VIP Cards must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount and no retrospective discount is possible.
3. VIP Cards are only valid for seven days after purchase.
4. VIP Cards are not valid whilst any promotional campaign
is in place.
5. VIP Cards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
6. VIP Cards are limited to one per person.
7 VIP Cards have no cash value.
8. The discounts offered are in relation to the relevant outlet store’s prices, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.
9. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
9.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its subsidiaries and associated companies and the owners of La Roca Village (“VR”) are not responsible for prices at which the relevant outlet store advertises or sells goods from time to time;
9.2 VR is acting as the agent of the relevant outlet stores at all times and the discount vouchers create no contractual relationship between VR and the customer in relation to the discount offered in the VIP Card or otherwise;
9.3 VR makes no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the customer may obtain with discount vouchers from the relevant outlet stores;
9.4 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any relevant outlet store fails to honour a discount voucher
in whole or part, and the customer’s only remedy in that situation is to claim against the relevant outlet store; and
9.5 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim in respect of death, personal injury or loss (to person or property) suffered by the customer or third persons in consequence of the customer’s use of the discount voucher in procuring goods from any relevant outlet store.
10. The terms and conditions of sale of any outlet store shall apply to any purchases from such outlet store using a voucher in addition to these terms and conditions.
11. The customer shall indemnify VR, and those companies’ officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by a customer which is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by the customer above.

MAX MARA: Minimum purchase of €150

PASARELA: 5% reduction.
