Luxury sales consultant

The Luxury Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and profit in their identified area of business and supporting the overall boutique performance. The associate is also responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by keeping the boutique environment organised and by offering a friendly and efficient service.

Job responsibilities
· Offer guests a memorable experience at all times
· Always being aware of guests´ needs, showing enthusiasm for the brand and product
· Consistently greet customers and educate them on current promotions
· Recommend, select and help locate products based on guests´ needs and desires
· Assists guests in fitting rooms to ensure proper sizing, colour and fit
· Maintain the proper display of products in the boutique, ensuring they comply with brand standards

The ideal candidate
· Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
· Impeccable standard of dress and grooming
· A passion for retail providing advice, offering alternatives and upselling products
· Friendly and helpful approach
· Goal orientated
· Brand ambassador
· Dynamic person, ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications
· Fluency in English is essential
· Other languages are desirable such as Chinese, Arabic, Russian and French
· Similar job experience will be valued, however passion and commitment to the role will be fundamental
· Microsoft Office skills are desirable
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend and holidays
· Own means of transport
